23rd St. Mega Towers!

PMC Property Group is developing two high-rise apartment buildings on a former surface parking lot along 23rd Street, just south of Cherry St.  The project also known as 60 N. 23rd St, will be comprised of one tower with 281 units and a second, 32-story tower with 321 units.  The towers will be connected via skybridge.  There will also be an above-ground parking garage with 182 parking spaces.  The garage will run along 23rd and Cherry streets.  There will also be approximately 72,000 square feet of retail space available.
